What did she EAT??

My 4 month old Carpet Chameleon, Boo, is in great health, eating, drinking and pooing fine. She's eating about 10-15 size 3 banded crickets a day. I usually put them in from a cricket keeper about five at a time and she usually eats ALL of them straight away.
I got a new delivery of crickets this morning and she's been eating them all day. BUT just now she suddenly opened her mouth and stretched back her head under the basking light. To me she looked to be in pain. She has never done this since I got her a month ago, and neither did either of my previous chams.
I checked the new tub of crickets and found two weird little bugs in there (see pic of it and of Boo). Now I am worried in case she ate one when I tipped in the last few crickets.
She had her mouth open and head thrown back for a good ten minutes. She has now closed her mouth but I am still concerned that she may have been poisoned.
Does anyone know what it is? :(

It is safe, it's a dermestid beetle larva. The little hairs on it probably was tickling her.

They include those with crickets because they eat dead stuff, so the crickets don't smell while being shipped.
