What can I feed my baby?

I have a 1 month old Jackson's. I am feeding him hydei fruit flies and a few pinhead crickets currently. Are there and other feeders out there that will be small enough for him?

Thanks

Baby silkies shouldn't be a problem to feed to a 1 month old cham. They aren't big and they're very soft so even if they were a little bit bigger than the crickets you're feeding him, they should be fine.

I think I'll have to get me some then. Thanks!

baby mealworms? Not too many of course but one box will last ages......
Get waxworms and wait until they are moths...... you can find wild caught flies and spiders if you are sure of no pesticides.....just for variety. None of what I've mentioned should be fed often......

Phoenix Worms, are pretty small you mite want to try those. They are also called calci-worms because they are full of calcium. They are actually soldier fly larva.

My local pet shop got calci-worms in, I didn't know what they were, just noticed.......now I don't have to look them up - cheers TPM!

really small stick insects, the nymphs of small cockroaches, small silkworms, small cabagge loppers, small terrestrial isopods, really small mealworms, really small grain moths, fungus gnats, ....

Alrighty, thanks for all of the advice. I can't wait until he can take larger food! I also have houseflies that I feed to my mantids - those are pretty tiny so I think I will let a few go in his cage. Then perhaps the backyard to find critters, don't worry our yard is pesticide free! I guess I should try to get him to eat from a bowl too, I have discoid roaches at home too and their babies are pretty small. I'll let you know what works!
