Has no doors but lid lifts off and has a light attached to it.

Is it all glass? Could you replace some or all of the glass panels with screen and make a screen door? May not be suitable for a cham as they don't like things (including hands) coming down on them from above, but if you could create a door then the possibility of a cham cage is right there!

Good plan it looks ideal for anoles. I have a few in something similar myself.
