Its not an aquarium I can tell you that, Some people prefer to use glass on part or all of their cage, just because its glass doesnt mean its bad, so long as it has proper ventilation, with the price and rarity of Parsonii, they dont normally end up in the wrong hands.

Clea, I very highly doubt somebody went out and spent 2500 dollars to give the chameleon a horrible set up. Don't worry about it, I'm sure his set up is just fine.

I think you explained it a little bit better than me, people who dont know about the hobby would find it RIDICULOUS to pay that much for a "lizard" and those who do know about the hobby know about how demanding the species is.
