• Location – Northern California.

Current Problem – Today he went to sleep three hours before lights off at 7pm. WTF??? Is this from stress of shed and cage change? He is eating and drinking like a piggy.

If it starts happening everyday then I would be become worried but until you notice it happening other then just today I wouldn't stress out over it.

Was is cloudy and dark at your house this afternoon? On a stormy day my guys will often be ready for bed early.

Not that it has anything to do with going to bed early but I'd recommend misting longer than 30 seconds. It takes them awhile to get started drinking and then awhile to drink. Maybe cut the mister back to twice a day for a longer time. I'd recommend 3 to 5 minutes. Do you have a dripper? If not he needs one. I'd also recommend a digital temp gun.

No not cloudy or weird weather today. I am misting him three times min myself and then the habba mister (doesn't work like mist more like a water gun) goes off every hour for 30 seconds and sprays directly onto the plants so the leaves catch the water. I will get the temp gun for sure and look at the drippers too. Thank you.

No not every day just today. Was very weird. As soon as I realized he went to sleep I started the ask for help form.

I kind of feel like I am worrying too much because yesterday was a big day for him with me changing his cage and then him starting and finishing his shed.

Also today he ate a LOT! at least 16 crix and a couple silk worms. He looks like a fat man sleeping on his recliner. :)
