Well I had the afternoon off so I went down to collect some grasshoppers for my collection. I did pretty good considering I was using a crappy net. I got about 30-40 in an hr. Its so hott down here you cant stay out much longer than that. lol So my guys had some nice grasshoppers this morning and some katydids. I think Im going to get some more this weekend. Does anyone know how to breed grasshoppers? I would be interested in getting a colony of them started. Although Im not sure what type of enclosure to house them in? Screened cages would work but how would you get them out without a ton of escapes.
