A couple of thoughts on watering systems your chams:
1) Have a big enough reservoir to not have to fill it more than twice a week, once per week on your big cleanup day is best.
2) Have big enough water collection containers, that if your whole reservoir empties, your collection containers can hold ALL of what is in your reservoir.
3) Water 3-5 times per day, with a minimum of 5 minutes per setting.
4) Have beach towels close to the cages in case water meets floor...
5) Check at lights out to be sure the branches are basically dry-the floor can have some water on it.
6) Right after a misting/raining, check to see where the mist/splatter is going out of the cage. If you want to stop the floor being misted, I have found plexiglas sides, 12 inches high along the bottom works well, as I can still see well. I do all 3 sides and the door.
7) Never trust water; it is deceptive in its' ability to go where it did not go yesterday. Hose fittings come undone, nozzles get moved. Water is not your friend, it is a necessity, but crafty little devil is he.....
