I wanted to post a few pictures of Walter now that he's doing better and I feel better about invading him with the camera. I'm pretty certain that he's a boy now not only because I trust his breeder but also because I think I've seen turquoise spots across his body and because his face is the spitting image of his dad's. He's gaining weight every day! I think he's about 4.5 months now, so he should be closer to the size of his peers soon enough.

Sorry if they're kind of blurry... I'm not very good at taking pictures with this particular camera.

Based on those colors, i would say that he is a male, and a beautiful one!

Awesome!!! Hooray! I look at him some days and I think "oh yeah, he's a male" and other days he looks really peachy and pink and I think "well, is he?". Thank goodness for you guys!

Haha, "hung like a furcifer"... that's so funny.

But yeah, I think a chameleon is the best pet because it's always a surprise what they will look like when they get older. You know what color puppies and kittens will be, but chams are full o' surprises!
