what vitamins should i give my veiled chameleons and how often...im just asking cuz i hear so many diffrent oppinions ...i got the powder with D3 and vitamin A is there more vitamins i should give them and if so how often should i give them this? thanks so much

You need a phos.-free calcium powder to use at most feedings and a phos.-free calcium/D3 powder to use twice a month and a vitamin powder with a beta carotene source of vitamin A to use twice a month. If you also decide to give your chameleon a prEformed source of vitamin A you will need a vitamin powder with it in to use once in a while...but be careful with it because prEformed vitamin A can build up in the system.

Its important to gutload/feed your insects well too and to make sure that the temperatures are appropriate so good digestion can occur.
