My male veiled seems to be having some lingering skin after a recent shed, the humidity has been up and i mist 3 times daily and have a dripper running.
I was wondering is this could be a sign of a vit A deficiency. I was planning on buying some vit A capsules and putting the gel on a cricket.
I know Veileds seem to always be shedding some part of their body, but he has had some skin on his casque for 4 or so days now and that seems a little to long.
Would administering vit A help with this problem?
(the vit dust i use on my crix has beta carotene in it, should i find one that has vit A because i have read that chams cannot turn beta carotene into vit A, is this true?)
