So I’m taking P in for a general check over on the 13th, nearest time available as they’re all booked up, for a veiled female please could I see someone’s husbandry just to compare to mine to make sure I’m up to date with everything. Sounds really stupid but I want to make sure everything I’m doing for her is perfect, Thankyou

Don't forget to bring a fresh fecal sample with you. They can be refrigerated overnight if necessary so you have one to take with you.

A good deal of the heat and humidity requirements will be strictly dictated by your local ambient conditions.

Use a probe and a temp gun to double check and monitor your humidity and drainage stagnant water can cause bacteria to colonize your enclosure

Oh and don't forget to swap out your uvb bulb the effective uvb will be long gone before the visible light burns out. Uvb and dusting with supplements helps fight mbd and other deficiencies.

I have a panther so don't want to give you any misinformation as I'm not too familiar with the specific needs of the veiled chameleon. (Specific Basking temps and such)
