Very lethargic cam

I quite worried about my juv cam. He's taking several days to shed. Plus, he's very 'depressed' by the look of him. He's not eating, just lying around in his viv. He doesn't even want to come out, which he usually does. I've never seen him like this before. Any idea what could be wrong?

Pneumonia was the cause. He's currently in the veterinary clinic
Hoping he makes a full recovery.
