Seems like Bishop's coccidia numbers are down to acceptable levels, and he finally started growing. He doubled in weight since his treatment and finally started growing (hallelujah!), very slowly though. I was wondering how much growth can I expect from him and what size will he reach. He looks like a 3 months old when he is about 6. Anyhow, he is growing and thats what important. Started getting some stripes and his casque grew quite a bit too
Unfortunately I can't provide photos cause he is very elusive. Got him out today to weight, but it was quite hard as he was constantly on the run.
He's still clearly traumatized from his treatment. If one of us walks in to the room when he is basking, he just runs away. So his enclosure is always covered.

Sending another fecal after the holidays. Fingers crossed!

Great that the recovery is still going well I don't know what you are likely to get in terms of growth now, but I hope he'll settle down nicely now that he feels better.

Try feeding some worms such as hornworms and silkworm. They will help out weight on him. Good luck with the next fecal.

thanks! Hopefully he will be able to get back into his normal enclosure this month. I bet he hates his quarantine one, there's next to nothing in it.

Thanks! He gets 2 silkies a day and he usually has mealworms. I'm trying to give him as much food as possible

My panther Glacier had a coccidia issue too. Hes been worm free for almost a year now,hes a year and a half old, and hes still the size of my female veiled.

My other male panther, Nogah, who is only 5 months old, is almost surpassed him in size.

SO i def think coccidia influences their growth.

I just want him to be alive and healthy. Every morning going into their room was quite scary for me as I was half expecting to find him dead. But the little bugger survived! And started eating!
I will be happy if he reaches my female's size. She is HUGE=)

my guy is healthy and happy now, just small.

they can be pint sized but still be healthy.
