and no she has never laid eggs before. i thought about that too. i just today put a bucket inside her cage with washed playsand. she is still green all the time, doesnt claw at the sides of the cage or even stray towards the bottom. she hasnt ate in 2 days but drinks still. ive even tried mixing up her food.

its not a big issue if shes a year old and doesnt want to eat everyday.
Most adults wont eat everyday when they get that age.

in fact, you should be controlling how much she eats to prevent egg laying or at least reduce the clutch size.
can you get a better picture?
she looks sorta lumpy, might have eggs.

she mentioned she put a bucket in there. i've been helping the OP on the side. This veiled has been getting more plump as the days go on, so i suggested a vet check up if nothing has happened or changed within a week just to make sure all is ok and going well. i asked about impaction too, but she is pooping fine and urates are white.

i've also mentioned to her the theology of lower temps and controlled food intake, and there has never been anything out of the ordinary, except the temps were a little too low by a few degrees. i'm sure she has fixed that though.

yes her basking temps are around 89 right now. she moved to the cool side of her cage when i put her heat lamp on tho. she has not ate today, but yesterday she had 2 giant mealworms. they were dusted. i have a small bucket in her cage and big one out of her cage if she decides she gets interested in the small one.
