Veiled Eye Won't Blink

My young veiled has one eye that is a little sunken looking and she can't close her outer eyelid. i can see the inner, like a sharks, close though.
i have been wetting the eye and massaging it and that seems to help but she still can't close the outer lid on her own.
its like its paralyzed or something??
first day i noticed it there was definitely a crust of some kind formed over the eye and i could tell by her movement of the eye that she couldn't see out of it.
she is VERY grumpy :(
when her eye gets dry between washings i notice her vision is diminished.
has even affected her eating. she hasn't wanted to eat in 2 days.
must be painful or stress from me flushing and massaging her eye??
NO reptile vets within 100 miles here :(
any help on what i can do would be appreciated.
she lives in a rather large cage, no real plants. coconut bottom. eats crickets, waxworms, meal worms, and superworms. dust with calcium that i believe is enriched with vitamin A as well. i don't dust everyday to avoid overdoing it.
she just got through a shed as well. thought maybe that had something to do with the eye but she's done now and there's no change.
thanks for you time. picture is of her new cage, i have added more foliage and limbs since this picture though.
Anne
