Veiled Chameleon set up correct?

Hello everyone!

I think I have a nice setup, but would like to make sure it is good from the more expert members in here :)

Chameleon: 2-3 month old male veiled chameleon.

Enclosure: 1.5 foot x 1.5 foot x 2.5 foot custom made viv (glass sides and back, front and top in screen).

He's living there until he grows bigger, I've the money aside to buy him a 2x2x4 foot viv in the next 3-4 months.

Light: 50w Ceramic light bulb and a Repti-sun 5.0 UVB 13w bulb.

Temps: ~29c-31c in basking area, lower part of the cage is about 24c

Humidity: 60-70% normally (the city I live in usually is about 50-60% humidity) and 85-90% when I spray (hygrometer is at the bottom of the cage so the humidity up high is always a bit lower).

Is everything okay for now? It's my first pet reptile and I don't want to let a bad setup ruin his life in the long run.

Cheers!

Sounds OK. Did you find and read our cham husbandry articles under the forum's Resources tab? That will be a good way to compare your setup with forum recommendations.

Sounds okay, can we see a picture? Also it is not completely necessary but you could benefit from a tube uvb because it covers more of the enclosure. What is your supplement schedule and how much do you feed of what?

I've asked already for supplementation, I'm dusting everyday with repti-calcium without d3 and twice a month I'm dusting with reptivite with d3.

Can this setup hold for the next 2-3 months? I plan on moving him to an adult cage by then, and I'll get an apropriate tube UVB then, of course, if it's not good for him, I will change right now!

I'll post a picture as soon as I get home.

I've ordered some fake plants and vines but the online store hasn't shipped them yet, it's been two weeks... so it's still slightly empty (2 fake plants, a branch and a schleffera).
