From the pictures they both look healthy enough, I expect Moses could very comfortably go 2 weeks without eating (my guy refused crickets for a while so ate nothing for 2 weeks when he was younger) Sorry to hear he is still giving you stress, have you tried offering him flies? If I was trying to tempt an active Cham to eat anything I reckon flies or moths would be the most tempting.
