Uvb & uva

for some reason, my last thread was deleted (i think it has something to do with the forum error from last night)

i need some help if you can answer.
i have a new baby chameleon (veiled), i think is juvenile (3-4 months old) and i have some problems/questions
1.i have a UVB light, 5.0 - 26W
- if i have a constant temp about 25-30C (in this period is like constant 30C - 86F), do i need a regular UVA bulb for basking ? i think it will raise the temp too much, but i read they need the normal waves of light, which the UVB can't provide
- how far away from the higher branch do i need the lights (both UVB and UVA) if i'm keeping them in (no glass or mesh between)
- do i need a magnifier or something to get more light or waves from the lights or i can keep the bulbs as they are, just hang them ?

2. is it constant 60% humidity ok ? (70% when i mist)
or do i need an automatic spraying thing or a mistifier ?

I use my standard basking bulb first thing and early day, tell it starts pushing the temps to much. Then I switch it out for a 6500k cfl bulb that doesn't push the temps up as much and the plants love it for the later part of the day. Humidity sounds alright just make sure the water evaperates off the leaves before spraying again. Auto misters just make it easier to mist when you are away from home.

yea, but in my country i can't find the perfect supplies for such an animal.
barely found some vitamins, calcium and this UVB light...
i will mist it when the humidity drops, as i'm just next to his cage, and i see it all the time.

it's ok if i point both lights (UVB and UVA) at the same spot, like 15-20cm to him ? or is it too close ?
