I would pick up the egg crates, tap them over a container or even a plastic bag, add your supplements to dust them and then dump them into your chams cage.

Put a toilet paper roll or small pvc pipe in your cricket tub, they'll use it as a hiding spot. Then you just tap them out into what ever you use to dust them, then let them go in your chams cage. :)

I put a small container into the tank (I have mine in a 10 gallon fish tank) and tap the egg cartons over the container. If I need more then I have long tweezers that I use to grab them and drop them into the container. I put the calcium in the container ahead of time and then I have a lid that sits on top and I give it a shake and then dump them in Loki's terrarium. He likes to hunt down his meals :D

Everyone has their own method.
I have a tall plastic box with an opening of about 5''.
I cut a piece of the egg flat so it will fit inside the box.
Then, I keep that piece in the bin of cricks.
At feeding time, I very slowly lift the piece of egg flat, with the cricks on it, put it inside the box, and shake the cricks off.

I also have smaller boxes, I transfer portions from the large container into them, add dust, shake, and dump them into feeders for my chams.
