I know before i had some no no's in my enclosure and i fixed them and i would like to know what you guys think

Before

i recently added some new goodies to my chams menu which are waxworms and i had them in the bowl until i found a spot to put them so that they are elevated.:p

I really like the flower - gives it some nice color! I am guessing the bowl is for cup feeding or catching the drip? The enclosure is small enough to free range crickets if you are cup feeding. Hunting is recommended unless you have a large enclosure. The crickets get lost easily.

Hmm .. have you thought about adding a potted plant in there? Something small will do like a young schefflera or ficus. Try Lowes or Home Depot. They usually have a fantastic selection. It promotes better humidity levels and a more natural atmosphere.

Another thing you could do is make your vines more widespread. Use twist ties you get in a package of garbage bag, take off the paper part and use the wire to put through the mesh and hook the vines to it. It just makes more use of the space you have.

These are just suggestions. Experimenting with the decor you have and maximizing the space gives more room for the cham to explore and hang out. :) Have fun!

PS. good call on the substrate! the floor looks much better!

Thanks i really appreciate the feedback. It helps alot especially with the fact that this is my first veiled cham. I have owned a cham before but i dont know what kind she was. She lived to be about 4 years old and she was the best reptile i have ever owned, cried a little when she died of old age.

Of course ... you develop a bond with them. It's funny .. at first you might think ... ahhh it's just a lizard. But it's really not. You care for them .. like they are your own child. I love my chameleon. I would do anything for her.

I have a veiled chameleon as well - they will definitely appreciate live plants. My girl munches on schefflera all the time. :) You can also offer collards, dandelion greens, shredded carrot, banana .. whatever you want. They love it! Just no spinach/tomato from what I've read.
