Hey everyone.
It has been a little while now since I brought "Panzer" the Panther Chameleon back to my home. He's become quite a popular pet, lots of my mates and even neighbors have been round to see him and he's had some attention (Much more alone time though!).
Heres my first thread with some pics of him just after getting him https://www.chameleonforums.com/new-forum-not-entirely-new-chameleons-60939/
My original intention calling him Panzer was mainly because 1. It kinda sounds like Panther and 2. I'm a big fan of armor and what not. However, I've decided to change his name to gentle George. He is far too docile and adorable to be called Panzer really, I'll save that for if I get another in the future and he's more brave
So here are some photos of the newly named George now after almost a month in my care. I've never really taken care of an animal from juvenile to adult so it's interesting to see his progression in color, size and appetite. Gotta say, he isn't a big eater, he'll happily eat a few silkworms (3-4) and be happy for a few hours. I usually fill him up on Dubia Roaches, he'll take about 10 in a single sitting provided they don't leg it.
And heres a small vid of him nabbing a small Dubia that I strategically placed on his serving leaf for videoing purposes

I'll keep posting threads as he grows and progresses. He gets a lot of my attention and is becoming a big part of my life. Hopefully his adult cage will be ready before summer is over and he can move in there (At his growth rate he'll need to!).
