Update on Cleas 1st Ferile clutch

Hello everyone, a lot of people have been asking me to out up a thread on how Clea is doing so i will. Clea, to me, is starting to form eggs. When she was carrying her infertile i could see one egg near her back legs, after she laid them, that egg was gone. Same thing now. I see the egg and i made some pics like the ones below. So I'm guessing she has the eggs inside her. Also, she has been getting pretty upset with me. Clea never really had this problem but when i go near her and she sees me she doesn't hiss at me, she gaps at me and tells me to back off. Is this because she is holding eggs? Lastly, she has been wandering around the cage quite a bit and checking out her bin. So I'm hoping everything goes quick and smooth. Thank you for letting me share this with you.:)

They lay eggs around 30 days after mating depending on were they are in their cycle when breed......sometimes sooner.
 
since im really close id love to have one of cleas babies!!!! i had no idea you were so young. how old is clea???

I will make sure to keep in touch:) Yeah im 12 and Clea really my guess would be about 10 1 months because i think the pet store underground reptiles gave me false info on her and she was older
 
we go to underground all the time...i love to play with stewy the kinkajou i think i spelled that right. when did you get clea?
 
i however got my babies at ben siegels reptiles by muddy waters. they were older than the hatchlings that were there. i chose to get the 1 week health gurantee on a healthy 2 month old over a 30 day on a 2 week old.

I buy crix there on wednesdays. Great customer service, cant say the same for underground, Ive had a few experiences.
 
This is getting off topic but danny can you find out when they will have silkworms. Bocajan- yeah I plan on making 2 holes for air curicalation:)

NOOO! I was! :rolleyes:

Well, I had a gravid WC Tr. Sternfeldi that gave me eight live young when I was only 10. Yes, 10! I managed to raise and keep 4 of them.

So technically, I didn't breed them :eek:. I was just at the right place, at the right time ;).
