U.K. Temperatures

What kind of temps should I be trying to achieve in my vivarium open mesh in U.K.?
I can get max 82 f top. With 75w heat bulb.

Assuming you have a veiled because of your avatar I found this in the care sheets under the resources tab.
Temperature:
Baby/juvenile (<9 months): ambient 72-80F (22-26C), basking 85F (29C)
Adult males: ambient 75-80F (23-26C), basking 90-95F (32-35C)
Adult females: ambient 75-80F (23-26C), basking 85F (29C)

Looks like I'll have to move to 100watt bulb.
