try upping the temps a little and try to hand feeder her very closely if its injured you dont want to get it hurt more so do that she might of over extended it

or cup/bowl feed. Handfeeding can potentially cause tongue injury (people can flinch, for example if the tongue doesnt release immediately or if the chameleon looks like it will bite)
