Time between clutch lay

Anyone have an average of time between clutches? My female just laid 20 eggs sunday and still looks pretty thick.

My female laid her first clutch on November 10th and her second clutch was on December 23rd.

Can you post a pic? They usually look pretty skinny afterward. How is she? Is she eating, drinking and active?

She's very active. Eating and drinking. I supplemented her crickets with calcium right after she laid and did some vitamins today. I'll grab a pic tomorrow because I did lights out already.:(

My female BB Ambilobe laid 33 on July 2nd and 28 on August 22nd all from just one mating, so that should kind of give u an idea of the length in between.

do they do that many clutches if they have not mated?

If they are not mated you can really minimize egg laying by keeping low temps (82 basking) and not over feeding. Laying a "retained" clutch 6 to 8 weeks after is from being mated and having retained sperm.

I will pretty much agree. However, the usualy soonest retained-sperm clutch time is seven weeks, and that would be with optimum warm temps. It can easily go 10 weeks, and a little bit more, in cooler temps. Lowering the day and night temps, as you note, will turn the girls off. And is recommended for at least one season per year.

My daytime temps are roughly 85 and nightime is about 70-75. Should I be keeping an eye in a month or we talking 2 months?

You would surely want to allow that she will double clutch, and prepare accordingly. This would include added calcium, vitamin, and mineral supplements. If you can do all as liquids, she will perform better than any dusting.

Another poster mentioned 6 weeks. Such a turn-around is rare, but you must allow for such, just as you may sometimes have panther eggs hatch in 5 months, which is a problem when one does not check them until 6 months. So watch for signs of pregnancy and gestation at about 5 weeks after a prior lay. If she is to double clutch, the usual window will be 7-12 weeks depending upon temps and duration of the light cycle. But that is not etched in stone. Good luck.
