I was looking into some Bug Burger for the crickets on amazon, and stumbled onto this. Pretty interesting to me. I knew people ate bugs all over, but have actually never seen it commercially sold.

Ye Olde Curiosity Shop on Pier 54 in Seattle has several different kinds of bugs for sale for human consumption.
