I'm hoping for tons of babies, I was looking at the female and she looked plump so possibly gravid? I'm not 100% sure of it though

I would give her maybe a month accounting for settling into new enclosure and male sniffing about. Guessing by the size about 4 eggs if she is close, maybe 5 but that is a big clutch. all my girls seem to lay 4-6 mostly fertile each time they lay.

That's not too long so I guess I'll wait to see. Do you recommend leaving the eggs in there or taking them out and incubating?
