gutloaded 1/4" crickets (size of cricket depends on size of chameleon, a good reference is that the cricket should never be bigger than the chameleons head length wise

the best thinig to feed is a variety of things rather than a single thing.
I feed my baby chameleons baby crickets, baby mealworms, fruit flies and baby lobster roaches.
