The best way to transport a veiled?

Hi,

I'm going to take Cassius to the vet for a general check up (as I've not had him long I want to make sure everything is as it should be).

Just wondering how you transport your chams to the vets? What sort of carry case would be best? How should i keep him warm while transporting? I'm from England so it's VERY cold out at the minute. I don't want to cause him any upset while travelling. The vets is only 15 minutes drive away.

cardboard box, padded with torn up crumpled paper towels, no holes to let light in. He'll be relaxed (and probably asleep) when the vet opens it up.
