Temperature Question

As temperatures drop in my state and everywhere, is it natural for Chameleons to be a bit less active as the ambient temp in my house varies a little bit. Here in Fl it doesnt seem worth it to invest in a heater or etc because it gets no lower than 65 in my house. He just seems a bit less active and was wondering if this is completely normal. And possibly what I could and should do to make things as comfortable as possible.

I am in florida also and you are right, there is not a need for a heater! We should consider ourselves very lucky to be able to be raising our chams where the sun shines year round and it stays relatively warm.
