Temp and Humidity

I am going to start off by saying sorry because many of you have probably seen this a million times.
So, I compared my 'cheap' Thermometer and Hygrometer with a really expensive accurate one at work for curiousity and found out that it was way off. So I purchased a digital one that is much more accurate. Now I am wondering what a good day time temp and humidity is for veiled chameleons that are around 2-3 months old?
Also, what light intervals works best for young ones?

80 to 82 tops for heat and around 50% humidity. Lights on 12 hours and off 12.

Keep that up..Keeping it on after it's dark outside is going to get you a stressed cham. They usually do a good job of "trying" to go to sleep when it gets dark outside, cage lights or not.

7:30 - 7:30 sounds find to me. As Winter approaches, you can reduce the on time down in intervals 12, 11, 10
