:D Hello. Nice start.
How old is he?
And what are the dimensions of the enclosure?
What kind of chameleon is he?
What are your lights?
Looking at pics and still pending those answers I would suggest a live plant or 2 and more walk ways, vines or sticks. More pics may help also.

I would also agree that MUCH more foliage, cover, and branches is needed in this enclosure.
I would also suggest losing the fake flowers, as veileds are known to eat flowers and vegetation from time to time and you don't want your cham to try and eat a fake flower as this could lead to BIG problems of both digestion and impaction in it's digestive tract.
UVB lighting is also hugely important in all chamleons, so make sure to invest in a good UV bulb like a Reptisun 5.0 or Arcadia too.

i do have a uvb ,and i have to add the extra vines and foilage but since sandy and the snow storm happen our pet stores habent been stock up not even on crickets i had to feed him anole till they stock up :(

Could you order some crickets or silkworms or something online? Try the site sponsors in the top right hand corner of the screen :)
Too much Anole is bad, excess protein leads easily to gout.

A good rule of thumb I learned on here about foliage is that you shouldn't be able to see through the cage. The foliage should be really thick, so they can hide.
