symmetrical bumps

Ok so i dont have any pictures of these bump but if you look at the pictures of my two horned chameleon he still has slight marks in the spots where they were. When i first purchased my w/c fisher's he arrived with two white slightly yellowish bumps symmetrical on either side above his hind legs. He was not affected by them, no pain or anything at all. I suspected maybe they were escaping parasites from his tract so obviously i did not attempt to pull them out or touch them for fear of leaving a hole in his side. I treated them with polysporin and within two days they were gone. Has anyone ever heard of this or seen this before? they were poking out of his skin.
I am going to get a fecal done on him in the next day or so to treat any possible parasites which he most likely does have from being w/c
