Swollen eye

For the past week my jackson's eye has been super swollen and really big. Now it's harder for him to eat and i'm not sure why his eye is like this... any help would be great!!

He needs antibiotics u should take him to a vet so they can give u some drops, his infection can get worst without proper care my veil had the same issue 6 yrs ago he got better a week later good luck on ur Cham

I don't really have enough money for the vet, sadly. I was looking for a cheaper way

Please post a recent photo of the eye. I wouldn't even hazard a guess as to what's wrong with the eye without seeing a photo. It could be a number of things and seeing the vet is likely a good suggestion.

I had a friend put a warm towel to bring the swelling down not sure if ur Cham will let u but my advice is I would do the vet and ask them if u can make payments over time

I know it might be hard to afford a vet visit and meds, but if he loses the eye you may have to hand feed him for the rest of his life. That swelling points to infection which can only be treated with meds. I am currently dealing with a half blind chameleon who is having trouble feeding on his own. If I were you I'd do anything to try and save that eye.
