Are you sure the eggs are fertile??? What temperature have you kept them at?? How wet is the substrate they are in??

no Surgical operation

The femal chameleon have already seen mate male , but can not make sure to have already conceived, the relative humidity outside the box is 70%,Temperature is 26℃, The egg is produced naturally,no Surgical operation, what happen ?

The surface of egg has some mildews

The surface of egg has some mildews after a week since hatched,I feel the eggs had a little small just,Other aspects are all good

I've only ever seen red like that on eggs taken from a chameleon.
Did you wash them off after they were laid?

Have never cleaned these eggs

Never cleaned these eggs, take directly from lay box ,then put inside the hatch box

If the eggs are only a couple weeks old, then I would suspect that some are not fertile. I would keep incubating all the eggs until you are absolutely sure if they are good or not.
