Hi everyone!

I just joined the forum and I don't know if this has been asked before but exactly which vitamins shall i give my veiled cham? and how much? also I live in turkey so i don't know which brands ship internationally do you know any? thanks for your help!

I don't know which brands are available to you, but the dusting schedule should be as follows:

Calcium without D3 - every feeding
Calcium with D3 - 2x a month
Multivitamin - 2x a month

You want to just lightly dust your feeders with it. You don't want a bunch of ghost crickets climbing around the cage, just a light dusting will do.
