Suggested live cameras?

I’ve been looking all over for a small, compact and easy to set up camera that can livestream inside my chameleon’s enclosure to my phone! Any suggestions that would be discreet and wouldn’t stress out my cham? I haven’t found any specific models online so far.

I had tried some Wyze cams and those were ok. To pan though the cam was a bit bigger than I’d have liked. I’ve since dropped and broken that one. I like Wyze, but am waiting for them to make smaller models that can pan and if they’re waterproof, even better.
