Stuck shed? Should I go to vet?

My female panther Fale has had what looks like an abscess, and is not eating well or drinking. She had a bad shed two weeks ago but someone told me it may have been a bite. So I am disinfecting it. But maybe stuck skin???? But what's the next course of action?

I'm posting pics. Let me know what you think.

Btw, the discoloration of skin on most parts are from iodine for the infection/disinfectant if any. Left side white discolor I don't know.
