It's now day 35 My two girls are in seperate cages..both have food, good lighting, & a egg laying sight in the cages...Both cages are covered with towels so they feel safe and private. Is there anything else that I can do to move them along to laying there eggs?! Let me Know!

Heres what worked for me when my "egg laying bin" inside my females cage didnt work.

A 8 gallon plastic kitchen trash can from Wal-mart and of course beached play sand.I only filled up the trash can about 1/2 way. For the sand I made it slightly moist so she would be able to tunnel her way down without it caving in behind her. Then I made a starter hole...basicly i grabbed a clump of sand out with my hand and put a heat lamp over the trash can. After that I placed her inside the trash can....... within 1.5 hours she was digging....soon then about 2 hours later she was filling the hole in...and inside was 38 eggs.

okay we'll try that! Did you put her in a dark quiet room with the light? is there anything else i need to do!?

I did this during the day so it wasnt dark. I planned on keeping her day/night cycle while keeping her in the bin...but she got right to business.
