Still hungry

Hey guys I been reading about what time I should be feeding my chameleon and how many crickets I should be feeding him according from the petstore I bought him from they say he's about 4-5 months old so I been feeding about 10 crickets a day and just these past few days I introduced him to meal worms I only gave two to him this week . But yet he still seems to be hungry.
Also I don't feed him this all at one this morning around 9 ish I have him a meal worm and 2 crickets , and my mom later in the afternoon around 12 gave him like another 8 is that okay? Or should I feed him this all at once ?

At 4-5 months they should be allowed to eat whatever they want, so I would say around 14 large is usually the norm, I fed my 4-5 month old 18-20 medium-largish crickets on a regular basis. But he was a heavy eater, and yet he's still relatively small for his age XD. I'd start increasing the number, like try 14 or 15 crickets and see if he's still hungry. If he is increase it the next feeding another two. This is just my opinion though.

Okay I will increase it to 14 or so when I don't feed him meal worms :) thank you !

I would limit the amount of meal worms you feed him. They are not very good for him, I would try to get some Dubia roaches, Silk Worms, Stick insects, or Horn Worms.

I will only give him 2 a week :) or so . And okay I will give that a try but aren't those still big for him?
