Sternfeldi with eye problem

Ok, one of my sternfeldi that I got in has a slightly swollen eye, keeps in half shut.
Whats the best stuff to use and how do I apply it to such a small Cham???

Use saline/contact solution and you can squirt it in his eye and fill his eyelid up with solution to clean his eye out. For the outside of his eye use a clean cotton swab. I was told that by Dr. Greek the best cham vet there is, it worked great for me!
