steralizing branches

Hello,
So over the past few weeks I have been collecting branches for my new cage. I know I need to steralize them, either by baking in the oven, or soaking them in a diluted chlorine solution. But the branches I haveseem to be too big to fit in the oven, or any buckets that I could use for soaking. Any other suggestions of how to steralize them?

sqirt them with bleach the wash them off really good and place in the sun.
