Spike sleeps by the fogger

I've got a fogger hose coming into the back of his enclosesure (you can see it just above and behind him) and have noticed that most of the time he finds a place to sleep where he's protected by a leaf, but the fog runs over him while he sleeps. Smart fella! :D

your fogger shouldnt be running at night.

too much humidity at night can cause him to develop a respiratory infection.

Now somewhere on here I read that the humidity should be higher at night, so I have been running it more frequently then..... I'll have to look thru my book I've complied when I get home. But right now it runs for 5 minutes every 2 hours during the day and 5 min every hour at night. I go thru a ton of distilled water!!! But misting alone does not keep the humidity up around 70% in this mesh screened enclosure...
