Sphex pensylvanicus

So my 5.5m old panther just ate a Sphex pensylvanicus aka great black wasp  I don't think it stung him but is it toxic to chams?

Bees, wasps, and hornets are consumed in the wild, I would not worry about it. The greater risk is being stung.

*Update* So yesterday was the day after he ate this black wasp (decent size over 1") and I must say he was a bit off, could be the toxins in the wasp or that its way off his diet. He didn't poop all day which is rare for him and didn't want anything to do with crickets or dubias. He did eat 3-4 smaller silk worms that he was happy to eat. This morning he had a larger poop but pretty normal looking. Everything completely digested. He also just started a shed today and acting much more normal. I can't wait to see him after this shed.
