Welcome to Spring! For those who would like to spend some of that time with other chameleon keepers we give you a chance each month!

We have meetings in the Southern California (Los Angeles/Orange County) area where we get together, exchange feeders and plants, take pictures, and enjoy conversation. Some meetings are events and some are just getting together. We have a food table at each meeting where members bring food to be shared. Chameleons are welcome, but ensure you have a proper travel enclosure/arrangement.
If you don't live here, but are visiting you are very welcome to catch a meeting while you are here!

The Spring SBCK schedule
March 30: SBCK meeting at our Brea location. Chances are very good that we will have a special visit from Laurie Sageser (forum name:Laurie) from the wilds of Montana!

April (Date TBD): Working on a field trip where we actually go into a field! We are working on arranging a meeting place at a park with a feeder bug finding hike attached for those inclined. More information will be forthcoming...

May 32: At our Dodger Stadium location. To avoid the Memorial Day weekend we are looking to have the May meeting just into that first day of June.

Come on by and check it out!

SBCK Meeting

Time to start thinking about chameleon conversation. Our March meeting is right around the corner (this Saturday)!)

I'm ordering from Coastal tomorrow. Silkworms for sure, will check on hornworms.
Let me know if you want me to add to my order by tomorrow.

I'll take bugs. 100 large silks? And two cups of hws. I'll text you about cost.

Also, I'm either leaving the meeting early or kicking everyone out early... going to the Ångels game against the dodgers.

We did this once from my place at the carbon canyon park just down the street from where we hold the meetings most months.

since there is a parking fee, meet at the normal spot and then carpool to the park. I don't think it's more than 2 miles from me.

For any who really care I will not only be attending the meeting, I will be bringing my special lenny. So someone bring a quad, some one a parsons, and the rest of you lots more chams - I love babies.:)

Really looking forward to seeing all of you. For now I am just enjoying the sun down here.

You brought Lenny? Where are you hiding him?

I'm bringing Bill's amazing male quad to the meeting to return him, so the quad request will be filled:D

Saturday will be here soon. Here's 3 things I got at the last meeting.
