Sore eye

I have a panther cham and he has one eye that does not open! Took him to the vet and I new more than
She did.I have purchased a dusting with vitamin a in it.And increased the humidity is there any drops I can put in his eye or any thing else I can do?

Sorry to hear about the problem! Hope your little darling feels better quickly! Eye problems is a very complex oppic! Many things can cause a chameleon to hang around with their eyes closed! Please look at the thread below to! It contains a lot of great info!
