soon to be chameleon owner

so im going to be getting a veiled chameleon soon and wanted to do some research. i was considering getting a repti breeze cage sized 18x18x36. is this going to be a big enough size to house a chameleon long term?

it would do until the cham reachest adulthood. Adult male veildes get pretty big. I personally would get a 24x24x48 and be done with it for him.

if you go and get the 24x24x48 cage you might consider sectioning it off to make it smaller for your cham so that he can find its food easier. Or you could cup feed from the get go and then you dont need to, your cham will learn where the food is. Or you can do both .
