The current problem you are concerned about. all she does is lay on her branch and when I took he. out today I noticed she had a limp a small one

The items in red are what is concerning.

1.) cut back on your handling. A baby that young needs to be handled/stressed as little as possible.

2.) what size crickets? And mealworms can cause impaction. Change up your feeders a bit with maybe adding in some small hornworms, silkworms, or small dubia roaches.

3.) that flukers stuff is crap. feed your crickets some fresh veggies, like squash, oranges, red bell peppers, etc. Sandra has wonderful blogs on gut loads! Check it out. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/

4.) you missed the calcium question. Please answer this. Calcium is EXTREMELY important for chameleons. Chameleons need plain calcium, calcium with D3, and a multivitamin. A great schedule is plain calcium dusted everyday. Then one day a week, alternating (so that it is twice a month) your calcium with D3 and the multivitamin. It is a bit confusing, but once you understand the schedule it is easy.

5.) you need to mist more than 2x a day.

6.) what doe the poop look like (if you see any?) Is there brown with a white colored part? Or is it an orange colored part? The 'white' part is the urine portion of the poop.

7.) what kind of light are you using as a heat source? What UVB are you using? Does the UVB say 5.0 or 10.0? And is the UVB a 'coiled' light or are you using the tubular light?

8.) your basking temp is too hot. babies shouldn't be over 85 degrees. https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/veiled/

Jann has some great caresheets and blogs to give you great advice. I'm sure she will pop in here and post the links! Can you post any pictures of your little baby? If you can get a clear pic of the heels we can help you identify the sex. If it's a female, we'll have to get you prepared ahead of time for egg laying, if your baby is a girl, she will lay eggs, mated or not.
