something wrong with eye?

I’ve had my female veiled chameleon for about 9 months now. She’s always been very calm. There haven’t been any health problems with her. The past week I noticed that her right eye turret looked a bit off. I’m not entirely sure what’s wrong. I read that it might be a vitamin A deficiency so I bought some reptile supplements that contain Vitamin A. I wanted to get your opinions. Thanks.

P.s. I think she might have some broken ribs on her right side as well. I don’t know what could’ve caused it because I never grab her or anything. Any advice on treatment for that as well would be much appreciated
