Soldier Fly Pupae

I have twenty Soldier Fly Pupae that I have had about a week. I would like to know where in my Chameleon's cage I should put them to allow for "hatching" into fies.

Should I leave them in a shallow dish on the bottom of the cage in a corner?

Should I throw them in the plants?

I wasn't sure if they needed to stay dry, if so the plants wouldn't be a great place since the drippers drip into the plants. I would just like them to be flies so Gleek can have some fun.

Thanks

I actually have kept the ones I have in the little dish they came in along with the substrate. I just check it every day by opening it in Omar's cage. I did throw a couple in his cage but took them out because they didn't really do anything. I had started a thread about this last week and someone said they could just go on top of the dirt in a plant. I have had about a half a dozen hatch out. Omar took care of them in short order!
